Easter Egg Card Fun!

Spring is here!!! To celebrate the upcoming Easter holiday I got out some of my favorite Tombow products to create some cute egg characters!20130327-075952.jpg

I first used the following Tombow products along with Canson’s Mixed Media paper- Mono Aqua Liquid Glue, stamp runner dot pattern adhesive, Irojiten color dictionary pencils, power tabs, and soda shop dual brush pens:

First I drew the eggs using the dual brush pens. Then I shaded the left side using the colored pencils using thr cross-hatch technique.

After adding legs and arms, I cut the eggs out. Using the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue I glued on googly eyes and placed behind the egg a Tombow sticker adhesive to “pop” the egg out for a 3D look.

Using the stamp runner glue the glittery embellishments around the card and on egg for a sparkly bling and fun look. And voila!

For this card I used the dual brush pen to add a border around the card and then drew some swirls using the colored pencil and added embellishments afterwards.

So besides great dual brush pens, Tombow does great adhesives and other products! Check them out here at www.tombowusa.com
